Abstract
In the context of reforming professional (vocational) education, innovation activity is of particular importance, and innovation processes are considered in three main aspects: socio-economic, psychological and pedagogical, organizational and managerial. Innovative activity involves a creative search by teachers for forms and means of professional self-realization, the discovery of new original and optimal for him ways of professional activity, aimed at updating and improving the educational system, ensuring its progressive development.
