Abstract
The conceptual and conceptual bases of the essence of public-private partnership in vocational education in modern conditions of modernization of education in Ukraine are considered. Emphasis is placed on the models of public-private, social, intersectoral partnership of educational institutions with local executive bodies and self-government, business and the public. The public-private partnership of vocational education institutions with modern production in the process of training a competitive specialist and the introduction of innovative pedagogical and production technologies is characterized.
