Abstract
The article explores the current trends in the development of vocational education in Ukraine, considering the challenges posed by war, post-war recovery, and European integration. It discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of modernizing vocational education within the service sector. The article also identifies key development areas for teaching staff. Additionally, it examines the experiences of Finland, Germany, and the Netherlands in these areas
