Abstract
Countries in Asia and the Pacific region in search of effective and efficient PPP strategies in vocational education that would support and stimulate the quality and relevance of educational services provided, provide social guarantees and improve regulation and control. The current structure of the education system and its sub-sectors in selected countries examines some key constraints and explores innovative ways in which PPPs in education can help address the challenges of vocational training affordability for low-income students. The growing demands for professional skills and abilities, which are constantly changing in the conditions of the modern development of enterprises in the garment industry, make it necessary to respond to the needs of the labor market, where tens of millions of specialists are involved
